Awards production for Autolook Awards 2022

The challenge was to create unique and memorable awards that reflected the elegance and sophistication of the event. The design, entrusted to the talented Paolo D’Alessio, required impeccable execution and meticulous attention to detail.

We faced the project with a multidisciplinary approach:

• Engineering: Working closely with the designer, we developed several 3D-printed prototypes to validate the shapes and proportions of the award. Once the final design was defined, we proceeded with 3D modeling and engineering of the product, optimizing the structure and materials.
• Production: To ensure the highest quality, we chose to manufacture the trophy entirely in aluminum, a noble material that gives the award a significant weight and value.
• Finishing: The finishes were executed with the utmost care, combining various techniques: glossy black anodizing for the base, mirror polishing for the main body, and selective lacquering for the logo. 4-axis laser engraving allowed for further customization of each award.
• Assembly: The final assembly was carried out with the utmost precision, ensuring a finished product of the highest quality.

The Autolook Awards 2022 were a resounding success, and the awards created by ONEDGE contributed to making the event even more special. The unique and personalized trophies were a tangible recognition for the winners, emphasizing the importance of their contribution to the world of car racing.
